Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Damages

Valley Juice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at ValleyJuiceCo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
